Unconventional ATX Rises at 500 E. Cesar Chavez St

Unconventional ATX, a mixed-use development with 620,000 sq ft of rentable space, is under construction at 500 E. Cesar Chavez St, Austin. Developed by the Austin Convention Center Department and designed by LMN/Page, the project includes 1,685 parking spaces.
