UMusic Hotel & Private Residences Austin, a 600-unit mixed-use development, proposed for 10549 State Highway 71 West in Bee Cave, Austin. It includes 150 hotel rooms, residential and commercial spaces, developed by White Rocks Entertainment.

Amenities feature a 10,000-seat White Rocks Amphitheater, recording studios, a hotel performance venue, and a nightclub. Dining options include two fine-dining restaurants, a bar, a spa, a fitness center, and a rooftop pool. Underground parking and common areas are planned. The project aims for 100% water reuse and follows DarkSky practices.

Completion is targeted for March 31, 2029. Wellness technologies include red-light therapy, peptide therapy, cryogenic chambers, and a private pool for residences.
