The Roz, a 100-unit mixed-use building, is under construction at 3435 Parker Lane in Southeast Austin. Spanning 69,487 sq ft, it is developed by SGI Ventures & Austin Housing Finance Corporation, with architecture by Paul Miller of Three Bar Architecture.
Amenities include a library, cyber lounge, multi-purpose room, outdoor seating, community laundry, offices, and meeting rooms for service coordinators and health professionals. All units are designated as affordable housing. Completion is expected by May 31, 2026.
