The Confluence Phase II, a mixed-use project, is underway at Waller Creek from 4th Street to Lady Bird Lake, Austin. Led by Waterloo Greenway Conservancy with architecture by Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates Inc.

Amenities include 200,000 plants, 1,600 native trees, three lattice bridges, an 800-foot boardwalk, off-street bike and pedestrian trail, Lagoon Overlook, Leaf Deck, Lakeview Terrace, Explorer’s Garden, Cypress Grove, and Trailhead Plaza. Completion is slated for June 6, 2026.

This development enhances public spaces and the natural landscape along Waller Creek, providing new recreational opportunities.
