St. John Site Redevelopment, a 526-unit mixed-use project, is approved at 800 E St Johns Ave, Austin. Developed by Greystar Development Central, LLC and the Housing Authority of the City of Austin (HACA), with architecture by Meeks + Partners, Lemmo Architecture and Design, and TBG Partners.
