St. John Site Redevelopment, a 526-unit mixed-use project, approved for 7211 and 7309 N IH-35 in Austin's St. Johns neighborhood. Developed by Greystar Development Central, LLC with architecture by Meeks + Partners and Lemmo Architecture and Design.

Features include public open space, a playground, walking trails, park expansion, and a public art installation honoring St. John's history. It will offer 263 affordable housing units. Completion is expected by July 31, 2028.

Located at the northeast corner of St. Johns Avenue & I-35, the site provides convenient access to major roadways, enhancing connectivity for residents and visitors.
