Jefferson Pearson Ranch, a 342-unit, four-story project totaling roughly 300,000 square feet, is under construction at 14540 Pearson Market Circle in northwest Austin, near the Williamson County line. JPI is developing, with architecture by The Preston Partnership. Completion is slated for June 30, 2028.
The project was previously tracked as a proposal at Pearson Market Circle and Spectrum Drive before moving into active construction.
Amenities include a standalone fitness center with indoor/outdoor workout space, a resort-style pool with sundecks and cabana, a resident lounge with gaming area, coworking space, a private conference room, and whisper rooms.
