Indigo Ridge South, a 650-unit project in Cedar Park, Austin, gets approval.
Indigo Ridge South, a mixed-use development with up to 650 apartments, is approved for about 100 acres on the south side of East Whitestone Boulevard, east of West Parmer Lane, in Cedar Park, Austin. It will include at least 165,000 sq ft of nonresidential space.
Strategically located in Cedar Park, it supports both residential and commercial use, marking a significant step in the area's urban growth.
Correction, Oct. 21, 2026: An earlier version of this story gave Indigo Ridge South the address, developer, size, parking, completion date and amenities of Bell District Block B, a separate project at 440 S. Parkwest Drive. Indigo Ridge South's rezoning, approved April 23, covers about 100 acres off East Whitestone Boulevard with up to 650 apartments.
