Dog's Head, a mixed-use development, approved east of US-183 near Austin-Bergstrom International Airport in Travis County, Texas. Located by US Highway 183, State Highway 130, and the Colorado River, the project is led by Endeavor Real Estate Group and Dog’s Head Land JV Ltd.
The 2,614-acre site, covered by a 45-year development agreement the City Council approved May 21, 2026, will include various uses, and 20% of its housing would be affordable. Specifics on height, units, or square footage are not yet disclosed.
Its strategic location near highways and the airport supports residential and commercial activity, though public transit details are unavailable.
Correction, Oct. 21, 2026: An earlier version of this story said the project lacks affordable housing. The development agreement calls for 20% of the housing to be affordable, and the site covers 2,614 acres.
