Colony Park Sustainable Community Breaks Ground

Colony Park Sustainable Community, a 3000-unit mixed-use project, is under construction at Loyola Lane between Johnny Morris Road and Decker Lane in Austin, Texas. Developed by Catellus Development Corporation and designed by Farr Associates with Urban Design Group, it spans 208 acres.

Amenities include a health and wellness center, parks, mixed-income housing, walkable streets, and retail and office space. Completion is slated for December 31, 2039. The development agreement requires at least 20% of all housing to be affordable.

Details on public transit access remain unavailable.
