Colony Park Sustainable Community, a 3000-unit mixed-use project, is underway at 7900 Loyola Lane, Austin. Developed by CDC Colony Park Holdings, LP, an affiliate of Catellus Development Corporation, with architecture by Farr Associates & Urban Design Group.
Amenities include a health and wellness center, retail, and office spaces. Approximately 42 acres are allocated for parks and open spaces, fostering a pedestrian-friendly environment.
The development must make 20% of its for-sale and rental homes affordable and aims to enhance local growth and accessibility.
Correction, Oct. 21, 2026: An earlier version of this story said Colony Park has no designated affordable housing. Its development agreement requires 20% of the for-sale and rental homes to be affordable.
