Anita Coy Apartments, a 675-unit mixed-use development, is under construction at 4900 Gonzales Street in Austin's Eastside. Developed by The NRP Group with architecture by Hatch + Ulland Owen, this project will enhance the area with its multi-functional use.
Features include 1,080 parking spaces, a resort-style pool, fitness center, co-working lounge, and public green space. Residents will have access to walking paths, a playground, and public art installations. Completion is set for December 31, 2028.
The development includes 337 affordable units, addressing Austin's need for accessible housing. It aims for a minimum 2-star certification from Austin Energy Green Building and follows the National Green Building Standard.
