The developer is Redcar Properties. The site is owned by 4201 S Congress Ave Owner LLC.
Located in the St. Elmo district, this project is part of the area's transformation along South Congress Avenue.
Correction, Oct. 21, 2026: An earlier version of this story said the project includes 379 units and 287 hotel rooms and gave a January 2029 completion, details from Rundog's MLK and 18th towers near UT. 4201 S Congress is Redcar Properties' eight-building retail, restaurant and office project.
