Urban Genesis's 360-unit Coop at Southpark Meadows is underway in Austin.
The first phase of Coop at Southpark Meadows, a 360-unit mixed-use project, is under construction at 1802 Oak Hill Ln in Austin by Urban Genesis and HEDK Architects. It includes 180 affordable units, enhancing local housing stock. The first units are slated to deliver in August 2026. A second phase is set to start in September 2026 and finish in September 2028. Located in Southpark Meadows, it offers residents easy access to local amenities.
