Persimmon Point, a 126-unit project, is under construction at 7051 Meadow Lake Blvd, Austin, TX 78744. Developed by Austin Habitat for Humanity, it will offer affordable housing and aims for Austin Energy Green Building 3-Star certification.
Completion is targeted for November 30, 2026. Public transit details are currently unavailable.
Correction, Oct. 22, 2026: An earlier version of this story said 138 units were under construction at 7051 Meadow Lake Blvd. Persimmon Point there has 126 units. The other 12, at Prospect Heights in East Austin, were finished in January 2026.
