Lalani Ventures' mixed-use project includes public seating, enhanced lighting, shade structures, landscaping, gateway murals, and window graphics. Features include a pop-up soccer pitch, digital screens, DJ stage, bistro seating, a small-stall food hall with six stalls, two food truck pads, and the Underground Diner. Completion is set for July 31, 2026.
