UCB Biopharma anchors a 460,000 sq ft biologics manufacturing campus at the Rowen site near Dacula in Gwinnett County, Atlanta. The campus is part of Rowen, a 2,000-acre innovation hub led by the Rowen Foundation. UCB plans to invest about $2 billion, and design and construction are expected to take six to seven years.
