The state's regional impact filing targets completion in December 2035. Features: street-level retail, public greenspace, community spots, pocket parks, a plaza, micro-retail, and a small grocery store. Includes 574 affordable housing units.
Aims to enhance community with residential and commercial blend, integrating public spaces and retail for modern urban living.
Correction, Oct. 21, 2026: An earlier version of this story said the project covers 716,000 sq ft, stands 225 feet and completes by June 30, 2028. The 716,000 sq ft is its commercial and restaurant space, no source gives a height, and the state filing targets completion in December 2035.
