Overlook at Garson, a 130-unit affordable housing development, is under construction at 579 Garson Drive NE in Atlanta's Lindbergh area. Pennrose and Radiant Development Partners are developing the six-story mixed-use project, with architecture by Smith Dalia Architects.
All 130 units are designated affordable. The project includes 100 parking spaces and is slated for completion May 31, 2028.
Amenities include a fitness center, outdoor deck with seating and grilling stations, conference room, coworking space, leasing center, package room, and activity area. The building will also house support services offices. The project is pursuing Energy Star Multifamily New Construction certification.
The site sits near the Lindbergh Center MARTA station on the Red and Gold lines, with direct access to Midtown, Downtown, and Buckhead, plus Piedmont Road and GA-400.
