Morris Brown Mixed-Use Student & Housing Center, a 215-unit development, is approved for 50 Sunset Avenue NW and 41 Griffin Street NW, Atlanta, GA 30314. Developed by Resurgence Commercial Partners and designed by McMillan Pazdan Smith Architects, it is located near Morris Brown College.

The project includes 215 residential units and 100 hotel rooms, with amenities like a learning and innovation facility, workforce development hub, structured parking, and a grocery store. Retail, nonprofit spaces, and green space are also planned.

Notably, 200 units are designated as affordable, aiming to provide diverse housing options and support the local economy.
