Kirkwood Senior Complex, a 42-unit development at 88 Howard St. SE in Atlanta's Kirkwood, has been approved. Developed by Stryant Investments with Smith Dalia Architects, it includes three floors.

The complex offers 42 affordable units for homeless seniors, with essential support services. Features include a management office, leasing office, and porches along Howard Street, plus 10 parking spaces.

This mixed-use project provides supportive services like mental health and substance use treatment. The design emphasizes accessibility and community engagement.
