Firehouse, a 10-unit affordable housing development, is under construction at 26 Hilliard St. NE in Sweet Auburn. Under New Management LLC is developing the three-story project, with architecture by Line + Angle Architecture. Completion is expected December 31, 2026.
All 10 units are designated affordable. Rent includes utilities and fees.
The site sits near the Atlanta Streetcar, MARTA's King Memorial station, and the Sweet Auburn Curb Market.
