Fire Station 15 Redevelopment, a 21-story mixed-use project, is proposed for 170 10th Street NE, Atlanta. Plans reviewed by the Midtown Development Review Committee in September 2025 showed 231 apartments over a new 19,448-square-foot fire station. The development by Atlanta Urban Development Corporation and Cooper Carry includes 224 parking spaces and an amenity deck. About one-third of the units will be affordable. The building combines residential and commercial spaces, contributing to the urban landscape.
Correction, Oct. 22, 2026: An earlier version of this story said the project has 282 units, 86 of them affordable, rises 400 feet and will be complete by December 31, 2028. The latest public plans, from September 2025, showed 231 units with about one-third affordable, and no source gives a height in feet or a completion date.
