Ashley Scholars Landing II, a 212-unit mixed-use building, is now complete at 669 Atlanta Student Movement Boulevard in Atlanta's Westside. Developed by The Integral Group and designed by JHP Architecture, the four-story structure includes amenities such as a pool with cabanas, a walking park, fitness center, clubroom, micro-offices, activity room, community garden, play area, and computer/media center. Parking includes 254 spaces. The project has earned EarthCraft Gold certification for its sustainable design.

The development offers 114 affordable units, addressing local housing needs. Originally slated for completion by January 7, 2026, it finished ahead of schedule.
