1072 West Peachtree, a 357-unit mixed-use tower, is under construction at 1072 West Peachtree Street, Midtown Atlanta. The 60-story project spans 984,000 sq ft, developed by Taisei USA LLC with architecture by TVS.

Rising 749 feet, it includes 748 parking spaces. Amenities: athletic club, spa, sauna, frost lockers, indoor Pilates, private training studios, pickleball court, and Sky Garden with flexible-use lawn. Targeting LEED Silver certification, completion is set for May 31, 2026.
