Woodfield Development's Ashford Green Apartments, a 320-unit, five-story mixed-use project at 4170 Ashford Dunwoody Road NE in Brookhaven, has been approved. Dwell Design Studio is the architect. The project is new to our tracking and has already moved from proposed to approved.
Amenities include coworking areas, a clubhouse, and a large pool. The coworking space reflects a growing trend among new suburban Atlanta apartment communities accommodating remote and hybrid workers.
