13-Unit Townhome Site at 717 Pryor St. SW Listed for $1.49M
A 13-unit townhome site at 717 Pryor St. SW in Mechanicsville is listed at $1.49 million with architectural plans and development approvals in place.

A planned 13-unit townhome development at 717 Pryor St. SW in Mechanicsville is listed at $1.49 million. The project calls for 13 four-level townhomes across five buildings on a 0.71-acre corner lot at Pryor and Bass streets. Place Maker Design prepared the plans, with civil engineering by Civil Ace Engineering.
The townhomes average 2,064 square feet of heated area with rooftop decks. Earlier plans described four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath units priced around $550,000 each. The site sits four blocks west of Summerhill's Georgia Avenue strip, near Center Parc Stadium and immediately south of the 11-unit Vertical Row project.
The price is up roughly $140,000 from the early-2025 ask of $1.35 million. The sale includes architectural, structural, and civil plans plus permitting, rezoning, and land-use approvals. The property is zoned SPI-18 SA4, though earlier plans referenced R-5 approvals.
Fulton County records show ownership of the site changed from Parton Property Solutions Inc. to Axis4 Properties LLC in October 2026. The sale would transfer the approved plans and entitlements to a new owner.
