Opal Hospitality Management has proposed a 110-room, six-story La Quinta Inn & Suites at 2165 Savoy Drive in Chamblee, on the former Bombay Grill site.
Opal Hospitality Management LLC, led by Ashish Patel, has proposed a 110-room, six-story La Quinta Inn & Suites at 2165 Savoy Drive in Chamblee.
The hotel would rise on a 1.64-acre parcel along I-285, the former Bombay Grill site. The restaurant burned down in 2015.
Plans were submitted to Chamblee officials in October 2018. The project remains in proposed status.
