Southernaire Mobile Home Resort, a 169-site 55+ manufactured home community at 2560 62nd Ave N in St. Petersburg, has sold. West Coast Properties LLC sold the property to Southernaire Florida LLC for $16,582,010, in a deed transaction dated October 29, 2026.
Amenities include a clubhouse, recreational facilities and a pool. A current home listing in the community puts lot rent at $860 per month.
In a notice to residents, the park's managers said they would no longer be employed at Southernaire effective October 28, 2026.
West Coast Properties LLC, doing business as Southernaire Mobile Home Resort, was party to a 2021 landlord-tenant case in Pinellas County.
