The Commons at Starwood Breaks Ground in Antioch

Construction has started on The Commons at Starwood, a 235-unit mixed-use development at 3839 Murfreesboro Pike in Antioch. The approved project broke ground October 1, 2026. Link Logistics is developing, with Kimley-Horn as architect.

The 65.32-acre site was formerly home to Starwood Amphitheater, Nashville's first outdoor amphitheater, which closed in 2006 and was demolished in 2007. Hobson Pike Land LLC, an entity affiliated with Blackstone's Link Logistics, owns the property, appraised at $13.42 million. The residential portion spans 29.81 acres with 174 townhomes and 61 single-family homes, some starting around $300,000.

The broader plan includes up to 25,000 square feet of retail and food and beverage space plus 500,000 square feet of warehouse and office uses. A master permit was filed September 24, 2026 for four shell warehouses along Murfreesboro Pike, with grading beginning in October. Cushman & Wakefield listed the residential portion for sale in March 2026.

Amenities include a clubhouse, pool, neighborhood park, playground, greenway trail, pavilion, performance venue, and 55-plus senior living. A tribute trail will preserve a piece of the original Starwood stage.
