Madison Communities is building Evermere at Trinity, a 233-unit, four-story affordable housing project at 865 W Trinity Lane in north Nashville.
Project records for Evermere at Trinity have fluctuated in recent weeks. The unit count briefly dropped from 233 to 79 before returning to 233, the affordable housing designation was removed and restored, and the address shifted between 865 and 325 W Trinity Lane before reverting to 865. The latest update confirms 233 units, all affordable.
The four-story development at 865 W Trinity Lane is now under construction. Madison Communities is the developer, with architecture by Smith Gee Studio. Completion is expected by the end of 2027.
The project includes 357 parking spaces. Amenities: clubhouse, fitness center, pool, playground, mail kiosk, outdoor spaces, and a bus stop. Units feature private balconies, full-size washers and dryers, walk-in closets, stainless steel appliances, and high-speed internet.
The site sits along West Trinity Lane, a north Nashville corridor connecting to I-65 and Ellington Parkway, served by WeGo bus routes.
