1428 Brickell Reaches Level 25 on Its Way to 70 Stories
Ytech's 70-story, 195-unit Residences at 1428 Brickell, designed by Arquitectonica, has reached Level 25 in Miami's Brickell district.
The Residences at 1428 Brickell, a 70-story, 195-unit tower, has reached Level 25 at 1428 Brickell Avenue. Ytech is developing, with architecture by Arquitectonica.
The tower will rise 861 feet, among Miami's tallest residential buildings. Completion is expected by end of 2028.
Amenities span more than 80,000 square feet across three-plus levels: three resort-style pools, a 10,000-square-foot fitness center, indoor/outdoor yoga room, two-story Owners Club, rooftop observatory, wine and fine art lounge, private dining room, wellness bar and spa, children's room, cinema, guest suites, and office suites.
The site sits on Brickell Avenue, the corridor anchoring the district's decade-long high-rise residential boom.
Correction, Oct. 21, 2026: An earlier version of this story said Ytech had broken ground. Construction was well along: the mat foundation was poured in September 2025, and the tower reached Level 25 in early September 2026.
