Two Roads Development's 705-unit, 56-story EDITION Residences tower at 2121 N Bayshore Dr has been approved, with completion expected in 2028.
The Biscayne 21 Redevelopment, branded EDITION Residences, Miami Edgewater, has been approved at 2121 North Bayshore Drive. The Two Roads Development tower, designed by Arquitectonica, will contain 705 units across 56 floors totaling approximately 1.84 million square feet.

The 649-foot tower includes 971 parking spaces. This is the first time this newsletter has tracked the project, which moves from proposed to approved status. Completion is expected August 31, 2028.
Amenities include two resort-style pools with private cabanas, a fitness center with private training studios, yoga and spinning areas, a spa, club lounge, library, and private screening room. Family- and pet-oriented features include a children's play area, kids club, and dog spa and park. The project also offers six guest suites, a waterfront promenade, and secret gardens.
The bayfront site sits north of downtown Miami with frontage on North Bayshore Drive; the promenade adds bay-facing open space.
