Westside Village Under Construction at 100 N University Drive

Westside Village is under construction at 100 N University Drive in Fort Worth. A $46,304,626 building permit covers the first phase: 308 multifamily units. The seven-story mixed-use project will total 1,785 residential units and a 150-room hotel. FW Westside RE Investors LLC, a Keystone Group and Larkspur Capital partnership, is developing. Michael Hsu Office of Architecture leads master plan and office design; Corgan is architect of record and multifamily architect.

The $1.7 billion project spans four phases, with full build-out targeted for 2035. Phase I, a $410 million investment due by the end of 2030, includes the 308 units and a 100,000-square-foot Class AA office building with ground-floor retail, restaurants, and a jazz club. Moss Construction is general contractor for Phase I.

Full build-out adds 880,000 square feet of office and 238,000 square feet of retail. The site formerly housed Fort Worth ISD headquarters and the Autobahn luxury car dealership.

Fort Worth approved up to $80 million in performance-based grants over 15 years. A TIF district will contribute up to $45 million for public infrastructure.
