Richardson Ridge, a 228-unit affordable project from Woda Cooper Companies, is approved at 4000 Campus Drive in Fort Worth, with construction set for January 2027.

Richardson Ridge, a 228-unit affordable apartment development, is approved at 4000 Campus Drive in Fort Worth's Council District 8. The developer is Richardson Ridge Limited Partnership, an affiliate of Columbus, Ohio-based Woda Cooper Companies Inc. All 228 units are income-restricted.

The project received a $6.5 million CDBG-DR award through the City of Fort Worth Multifamily Recovery Program. The developer has also applied to TDHCA for non-competitive 4% Housing Tax Credits; the City Council adopted a Resolution of No Objection on April 28, 2026.

Permits have been issued through the city's X Team expedited review program, including a primary permit valued at $33,474,471. Additional permits cover individual buildings and a clubhouse, valued from roughly $940,000 to $3.67 million. The site is zoned neighborhood commercial and required no zoning change.
The unit mix spans three income tiers: 46 units at or below 50% AMI, 136 at 60% AMI, and 46 at 70% AMI. Construction is scheduled to start in January 2027, with completion expected in January 2028.
