DD East Harmon LLC is building a 252-unit, four-building apartment project at 1701 E. Harmon Road in far north Fort Worth, with completion set for August 2027.
Harmon Road Apartments, a 252-unit project, is under construction at 1701 E. Harmon Road in far north Fort Worth, off U.S. 287 near Chisholm Ridge. DD East Harmon LLC of Stockbridge, Georgia, is the owner and developer. Geheber Lewis Architects is the design firm.
The project spans four residential buildings. A TDLR filing lists the cost at $41 million; City of Fort Worth permit records put the declared valuation at $42 million. The filing also covers a 3,143-square-foot leasing office. The project is privately funded on private land.
Construction began March 1 and is scheduled for completion August 1, 2027.
