Kyle Technology Park Completes Phase I at FM 1626

Kyle Technology Park has completed its first phase at the southeast corner of FM 1626 and Plum Creek Meadows in Kyle, near Nitro Swimming. TIG Real Estate Services is the developer, with architecture by Studio8 Architects. Full buildout calls for up to 11 single-story buildings totaling approximately 300,000 square feet.

Phase I finished in March 2026 with three 25,000-square-foot buildings totaling 75,000 square feet. The buildings offer 35-foot clear heights and multi-tenant flex industrial design, divisible to 6,250 square feet. Sites of about 2 acres are available for sale or build-to-suit.

Construction began December 1, 2024. Cadence McShane completed infrastructure work including earthwork, utilities, drainage, and a new crossover road. Total project cost is estimated at $80 million.

Kyle City Council approved the project in December 2023. City estimates project at least 800 full-time jobs, $2.5 million in sales taxes, and $1 million in property taxes.

The site offers access to I-35, Texas 45, SH-130, Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, West Austin, and San Antonio.
