The Kramer Substation at Burnet Road and Esperanza Crossing in North Austin is complete. Developed by Austin Energy, it serves industrial needs without architectural input.

The substation includes 200 parking spaces and is a key infrastructure project for the area. Initially slated for completion by February 17, 2026, it is now operational.

Strategically located near major roads, the substation supports North Austin's industrial growth.
