SomeraRoad is proposing a 232-unit apartment development at 4329 South Congress Avenue in Austin's St. Elmo district. The roughly 1.7-acre tract, held in a condo regime, is approved for 230 residential units and a maximum height of 90 feet.
The seller has already designed the 232-unit multifamily project. Ten percent of units, or 23, would be priced at 50% of Area Median Income.
The site sits adjacent to the St. Elmo Public Market, which SomeraRoad purchased. A site plan filed under 4323 South Congress Avenue expired August 13, 2025. The project remains in proposed status.
