StreetLights' 22-Story Park at Legacy Tower Under Construction
StreetLights Residential is building a 22-story, 261-unit tower at 6501 Legacy Drive in Plano, with completion expected in December 2028.
Construction is underway on Park at Legacy Phase 1 Tower, a 22-story, 261-unit apartment building at 6501 Legacy Drive in Plano. Work began in June on the 495,480-square-foot tower. StreetLights Residential is developing, with design by Streetlights Creative Studios.
The Type 1A tower carries an estimated construction cost of $102.9 million per a TDLR filing. StreetLights secured a $111.5 million construction loan from Helaba in June, and Northmarq arranged $54 million in equity. The project includes a six-story parking garage. Completion is expected in December 2028, per the TDLR filing.
Units range from 682 to 2,843 square feet, with three adjacent townhomes also planned. Amenities include a pool and structured parking, part of a hospitality-inspired amenity package.
The tower is part of The Park at Legacy, the 107-acre redevelopment of the former JCPenney headquarters site, with walkable access to Legacy West.
