The community will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments on roughly 6.9 acres, designated SeaFlower Town Center Phase 2A. Pre-leasing is expected in summer 2027. NDC Asset Management will handle property management.

Amenities include a clubhouse with fitness center and yoga room, a pool, outdoor kitchen, pickleball courts, and a dog park, plus jet ski trailer parking and rentable single-car garages. Berkadia arranged a $68.3 million loan for the project.

The Fields sits within the Publix-anchored SeaFlower Village Center, south of Cortez Road and west of 75th Street West. At full buildout, SeaFlower is planned for 4,000 homes, 600 apartments, 250 hotel rooms, and 350,000 square feet of office and retail space.
