FlyUSA has completed a 50,000-square-foot private jet hangar at Tampa International Airport, at 4100 George J. Bean Pkwy on the airport's north side. The facility opened in October 2026, away from TPA's two existing FBOs.

The hangar accommodates roughly 20 light, midsize and heavy jets depending on aircraft mix, with a tail door sized for jets up to a Boeing 737. It is one of the region's only corporate hangars able to house a Gulfstream G700 or Bombardier Global 7500. It holds 20 of FlyUSA's 30 regional aircraft.

The hangar serves as FlyUSA's primary maintenance operation, supporting about 30 employees. FlyUSA handles its own fueling and aircraft movements rather than using third-party FBO ground crews. Amenities include an owners-only lounge with lockers and a conference room.
FlyUSA holds a ground lease for another 50,000-square-foot hangar in Lakeland, which could open in late 2028 or early 2029. The company targets 100 managed aircraft and $500 million in annual revenue by 2032. It made the Inc. 5000 list for a third consecutive year.
