MCB Real Estate Buys Keene Plaza in Largo for $21M

Keene Plaza, an 81,272-square-foot grocery-anchored center at 2150 East Bay Drive in Largo, sold for $21 million in October 2026. Paradise Ventures, through PV-Keene Plaza LLC, sold to Keene Plaza Owner LLC, an MCB Real Estate affiliate. The price comes from Pinellas County deed records; MCB declined to disclose it publicly.

Paradise Ventures completed a redevelopment of the center that demolished 35,500 square feet formerly occupied by Save A Lot and Bealls Outlet.

The redevelopment delivered a 23,266-square-foot Sprouts Farmers Market, which opened in March 2025. Sprouts and BioLife Plasma Services anchor the center. Other tenants include McDonald's, Little Caesars, Dollar General, Hibachi Express, The Corner Skillet and Corner Wash Laundry. The project also added resurfaced parking, new lighting, facades and roofs.

The center sits at East Bay Drive (SR 686) and Keene Road, which carries more than 93,500 vehicles daily, and draws roughly 2 million visits annually. More than 16,000 residents live within one mile, with a median household income of $66,000.
