A 137,359-square-foot warehouse at 4543 Oak Fair Boulevard in Tampa sold for $18.3 million, or about $133 per square foot, in a sale recorded July 29, 2026. The property sits on 9.8 acres in Interstate Business Park, between U.S. 301 and Interstate 75.
Link Logistics sold the property through DH Tampa LLC. The buyer, SP Logistics Tampa Owner LLC, is an affiliate of PCCP, a Los Angeles real estate investment manager with $29.3 billion in assets under management at the end of 2025.
Built in 2008 for Iron Mountain, the warehouse was fully leased to the company through August 2025. Iron Mountain remains at the property.
The buyer is part of a group of logistics-property owners tied to 15 other entities across Orlando, Atlanta, Austin, Phoenix, Denver, San Diego, Charlotte, Fort Worth and Baltimore. Those entities carry $723.6 million in financing with JPMorgan Chase as administrative agent. Loan documents identify the transaction as Project Stellar.
