Kingdom Development has broken ground on The Bull Tower, a 41-storey, 370-unit purpose-built rental tower at 128 Peter Street in downtown Toronto. BDP Quadrangle is the architect. The tower rises 438 feet (133.56 m).

A groundbreaking ceremony on October 16, 2026 drew MP Chi Nguyen and Mayor Olivia Chow. The project carries $165 million in federal financing through CMHC's Apartment Construction Loan Program. Of the 370 units, 111 (30 percent) are affordable rentals. More than 35 percent of suites are family-sized, and 62 are barrier-free.

Amenities include roughly 16,500 square feet of indoor space and ground-floor retail. The building targets Tier 3 of NECB 2020.

The site was previously planned as The Pierre, a condo tower. The current scheme replaces it with purpose-built rental.
