Toronto City Council has approved a zoning by-law amendment for a 50-storey mixed-use condominium at 115 Jarvis St in Moss Park. Zoning By-law 988-2026 passed July 30, 2026, clearing the way for 596 units in a 164.5-metre tower. Suncor Energy Inc is the owner and developer, with design by Arcadis and planning by Colliers Development Services.

The project includes 105 square metres (about 1,130 SF) of grade-level retail. The site is a Suncor property that has operated as a Petro-Canada gas station since the 1960s.

Parking includes 142 vehicular spaces in a four-level underground garage and 528 bicycle spaces.

The site sits steps from the future Moss Park Station on the Ontario Line and near Queen station on Line 1.
