The Westminster Senior Living Campus expansion at 4100 Jackson Ave has topped out. The fourth and final phase reached its peak in September, with completion expected in Q1 2027. LCS Development is developing the project, with architecture by Pi Architects. The 9.3-acre campus sits off North MoPac (Loop 1), south of West 45th Street.

The final phase is a $44 million renovation and expansion adding roughly 30,000 square feet of new space and renovating 27,000 square feet. The broader $115 million expansion program secured financing in June 2020 with guidance from Ziegler.

The earlier Carlisle building added 117 units across five floors and 300,900 square feet: 43 independent living, 36 assisted living and 38 memory care. Pi Architects designed it and White Construction Company built it. The Carlisle's opening brought Westminster to 546 units: 387 independent living, 36 assisted living, 38 memory care and 85 skilled nursing.

Parking totals 380 spaces: 300 across three underground levels plus 80 above ground. Amenities include a conservatory, themed lounge, coffee shop, food truck venue, game room, bowling lanes, sports simulator, expanded courtyard, dog park, library, fitness and rehabilitation rooms, cardio studio, day spa, fine dining, walking trails and rooftop solar panels.
