Scannell Properties has proposed Cedar Park Commerce, a 162,000-square-foot Class A industrial building on a 16-acre infill site at 1200 Cypress Creek Road in Cedar Park. Azimuth Architecture, Inc. is the design firm.
The building features 52 dock-high doors, a 32-foot clear height and ESFR sprinkler protection. Parking includes 335 auto spaces. The site targets distribution, logistics and light manufacturing users.
A TDLR filing lists the project at 161,849 square feet with an estimated cost of $12 million. Scannell Properties #817, LLC is the owner of record. The one-year build targets an early 2027 groundbreaking with completion November 1, 2027. KBC Advisors is handling leasing and advisory work.
