A building permit valued at $6.12 million has been issued. Records show the unit count briefly shifted from 218 to 219 before reverting, with the affordable count following suit; all 218 units are income-restricted. Completion is now slated for February 29, 2028, pushed back from December 31, 2027.
Amenities include a fitness center, community room, computer lab, arts and crafts room, laundry, bike storage, and a courtyard. The building will also feature an 18,000-square-foot rooftop urban garden, a solar array, and a placement office, and is pursuing NGBS and Energy Star certification.
