Medley Encore Phase Two, a mixed-use development with 408 units, is under construction at 11650 Johns Creek Parkway, Johns Creek, Atlanta. Developed by Toro Development Company and designed by Nelson Worldwide, it includes 175 hotel rooms.

Amenities feature an activated central plaza, outdoor patios, terraces, walkable streets, and community greenspaces. Over 200 annual events will engage the community. Completion is slated for December 31, 2027.
